Job Title: Store Planning Officer (Pick 'n Pay Retailers)
Location: Kenilworth, Cape Town Western Cape (South Africa)
Salary: Market Related

Permanent skilled level position at Pick 'n Pay Retailers in the FMCG, Retail & Wholesale (Retail)industry.

The ideal candidate will have the following competencies:


► Liaise with and manage contractors
► Manage projects across different timelines
► Understand project costing
► Work to strict deadlines
► Plan and set up project deliverables, tasks and budgets
► Understand project methodology and project lifecycle implementation
► Understand workflow processes
► Working knowledge of OSHAct & associated regulations
► Ability to manage & appoint a professional team based on the scope of work that needs to be delivered
► Problem solving & solid organisational skills


► Project implementation planning
► Planning and setting up of project deliverables, tasks and budgets
► Ability to read & understand Architectural working drawings


► Able to asses Bills of Quantities to confirm if project scope is in line with the company's requirements & provide a report for Board approval
► Knowledge of relevant SABS codes of practise & SANS
► Knowledge of retail design & construction
