To Receive Visitors, clients, couriers and all deliveries.
Required to perform ad hoc administrative duties.
Logging all maintenance related calls.
Co-ordination of meeting rooms and auditorium for functions
Determining their needs and directing them to the relevant person(s)/department(s)
Key Performance Areas:
Effective and efficient manning of the reception area , ad hoc
Administration/Ad hoc duties
Co-ordinating the functions, in conjunction with the Front Office Administration, as well as co-ordinating all meeting rooms, auditorium and function venues and relevant requirements
Working closely with the catering, security and cleaning staff. Attending to all delegates queries/requirements.
Managing the parking of the clients and tenants in the building.
Administration Diploma or function co-ordinating experience will be an advantage .
Job Related Experience:
3 to 4 years in a client facing / admin role
Function co-ordinating experience .
MS Office [Word, Excel and PowerPoint]
Ariba (System experience)
Commitment and excellence

Tolerance for policies and procedures
